So, does teleportation work by any particular rules in your universe? As a matter of curiosity.

he can 'bend' the water using his psychic powers lmao
long range teleportation requires more energy, and so can't be used super often. also, it has to be a place a pokemon has already been too, sorta like in the games.

Seriously I don't get what's everyone's obsession over Avatar: The Last Airbender and that other story. It's mostly just martial arts, not even that closely to it either. What can I say, I am getting a little bit tired of it being everywhere.

"That other story," assuming that you're talking about the movie Avatar, is completely unrelated to Avatar the Last Airbender and has vastly different themes.

why did that gardevoir go to such a length just to save that sneasel from a captor who may or may not be acting in bad intentions?

he probably just went with his gut. a gut feeling can be pretty spot on sometimes
and better to help a child out than leave them. even if Twig was evil, he could probably give her over to the authorities without much trouble seeing as he's stronger than her

According to their dex entries the Ralts line's red crystals allow them to perceive the emotions of people and Pokémon around them.
Presumably it's a lot harder to ignore someone's emotional distress when said distress is being directly transmitted to you.
