Man I don’t know why but Twig’s design is super appealing to me. This whole comic has an old timey feel to it that I’m absolutely loving. I’m typically not a fan of no-color comics but the way this is done hits different for whatever reason.

i take a lot of inspiration from osamu tezuka and vintage manga art-wise, so that's probably why! twig herself is designed like a tezuka character--think kimba the lion. i just find that style appealing.
